Commitment to Privacy & Security
We take data privacy and security seriously. All our applications are built with privacy-by-design principles and implement corresponding security measures to protect your sensitive information.
Data Processing Architecture
Every Dashboardx application does its work on your device: data is read locally from your files or clipboard, formula calculation, chart rendering, and layout all run on your own hardware, and nothing is uploaded to Dashboardx — we have no servers that receive your content. In Dashboardx Designer there is one deliberate exception, and you control it: when you ask an agent to do something, the request and the data it needs are sent from your machine to the model provider you configured, under your own account. Your API key is encrypted by your operating system's secure store — the macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager before it is stored. When you present a dashboard, it is served from your machine to your own local network. We publish our privacy architecture and welcome security reviews.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is handled across all Dashboardx applications. We follow a privacy-by-design framework: no data collection, local-only processing, and transparent operations.
Data Collection
We do not collect, use, store, or access any personal data you record in our applications. All application settings, including your AI provider API key, are stored exclusively on your device — the key is encrypted by your operating system's secure store — the macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager — and are not personal data we can see. We do not operate cloud servers, analytics trackers, or telemetry systems that would receive your information.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time to comply with legal and/or social requirements regarding personal data collection. It is strongly recommended to check this page frequently, referring to the last modification date listed below.
